All the info I have, leaked via a Chinese reviewer. This is not an "obtainable" card in a normal sense, but rather through a new mechanic.

"Quest" will be a new mechanic in the game, similar to the quests you get in play-mode, they will now be cards that reward in-match rewards, such as the card linked below.
