Hello dear steam support team,

At last week i got banned for doing so much damage on my team mates who were shooting me but not killing at the beginning of the round for 7 days.

I can understand this, that was my mistake to kill them because yeah it was a bit rage and u can't tolarate it no matter what, and can't inspect all games cos it'll take ages etc.

But today my ban limitation gone and i decided to not rage and play good for better ranks, unfortunately because of my "bad" isp i have lost connection to game and internet. There was an issue about dsl signal and they sent a team now its fixed.

Just to be clear when i dced we were a decent team and we were winning the match 8-2 if i remember right, or something like that, when i entered the game back after 1 hour, i saw a devestating warning that i got banned for 7 days agen.

And as u guess, i won't be able to play anymore in my life if this issue won't get fixed.

The cooldown penalty doesnt reset anytime? lol

if u are able to fix this, i demand justice and my cd to be removed.

if not, i srsly won't play cs:go agen and for sure u'll lose some money from micro-transactions.

I'm not threatening u, im just expressing my feelings.
