Aynisi benim de başıma geldi. Ben premium hesabımı doğrudan RS'dan değil, premiumTR'den almıştım. Onlara da mail attım rapid supporta da. Türkiyedeki temsilci olan PremiumTR benim sorunumu HEMEN çözdü. HEMEN ama. Mail at herkese ve mutlaka sana gelen mail'ı atach et.

Sorun yok yani. SCAM yani kekleme kurbanlarıyız.

Gerçekten kapatılmış da olabiliyor, ben paypal'den 1 sene uzattıktan sonra kapatmışlardı accountumu... (3. ayında oluyor)

şirketten paypal'in helpline'ını aradım, ödememişsiniz falan dediler (ki paypalden ödenmişti, boru gibi fatura var)

Paypal'den dispute açıp, paranın TAMAMINI geri aldım =)

2sindede aynı sebep : 16 ayrı bilgisayardan download yapıyorsun , adamlara derdimi anlatamıyorum hayır işte sen account share yapmışssın diyor başka biişii demio adamlar , 2 gün sonunda ben problemin büyük ihtimalle "Free Download Manager" den olduğunu düşünüyorum zannedersem dlleri parçalayıp farklı noktalardan indirio fln olabilir? bilmiyorum bilgisi olan varmı bu konu ile ilgili?

Alakası yok, parçalayıp indirsin hızlansın diye premium alıyoruz zaten. Sonuçta o böldüğü 20 parçayı da aynı IP'den sen indiriyorsun, belki çalınmıştır hesabın sen farkında olmadan.

bana gelen mailde 16 farklı ip den aynı anda download yaptığımı söylüyordu rapid share , gittim yeni hesap aldım onada 2 saat geçmeden aynı uyarı geldi sifremi değiştirmişler fln filan ondan sonra ztn bayaaa uzun bi mail döktürdüm ben sonuçta incelemeye almışlar ve dediim gibi IP range in değiştiğini ama hep aynı bölge icinde bulunduğu icin kaldırdılar ban'ı muhtemelen senin ip sürekli değiştiği icin banlanmışssın diola ve bunun tek sebebi bence free download manager in aynı anda x adet bağlantı açmasıdır. teknik konularda öyle detay pek bilmem ama daha mantıklı bi açıklaması yok yani. aynı internet sifresi neden aylardır calinmio banlanmıo da 2 gün evdeyken ben 16 kişi tarafından (2 accountta 16 ayrı ip gözüküo yani tpplam 32) çalınabilir ki =)
