During the scheduled maintenance we applied a patch to address a server problem which let to a server crash earlier today. We also worked through the evening yesterday to address various client crash bugs and these fixes were in the patch as well. We'd like to thank you for your feedback which helped us identify these issues.

I'll post another update a bit later with more information on various other topics our players have been reporting.

As I mentioned earlier we had two server crashes last evening one on each server NA and EU. We addressed these crashbugs, among other things including some client crashes, today in a patch we applied during maintenance today.

More issues from last night:

Multiple accounts / clients not able to log in/patch/play concurrently: We're fixing this as we speak, we'll patch it in as soon as possible.

Various performance complaints by some players: Most has a lot to do with the load on the servers because of the heavy launch traffic, this will improve a lot in the days to come We're also working on collecting data which we'll use in optimizations to further improve performance. For us performance is one of our top priorities, we will never stop working on improving it. Debug mode was only used during beta, and is not activated after launch.

peProtocolError: is an error due to heavy load and should not be a problem in the days to come.

Clan names: spelling uppercase/lowercase. Just a head's up on this: the font we're using doesn't make it easily apparent which case you're using so you need to be careful when you're spelling it.

Persistent err. 900: this is a billing issue, again related to the heavy load, we reported it and we don't expect it to be a problem anymore.

Forum issues with subscriber forums: Looking into it and we'll get it fixed.

Your feedback is valuable to us in order to be able to get to any problems as quickly as possible. I will also mention that we have 24/7 GM in game, and ticket system support coverage so don't hesitate to use it to get the fastest possible reaction to your issue.

bende aynı durumdayım iş yüzünden dün semi afk gather dışında hiçbir şey yapmadım. banka doldu taştı iron eriticem 1g param yok eritmek için gidip goblin kesecek vaktim olmadı asdadsas. bu sabah erken kalktım da 2 tane chest çıkardım para birikti en azından bugün de full semi afk'im.

UO gibi yaratık falan spawn olmuyor dimi treasure chestte?

ADAMLAR DENİZİ KURUTMUŞ BU NEDİR! tam 30 dakikadır koşuyorum hiçbir yerde balık yok, bütün "gizli" spotlarımı çökertmiş çakallar.

bug mı bilmiyorum ama bütün gatherlar diminish'den 0.1'e düşmesine rağmen fishing 0.6 - 0.3 devam ediyor. loving it.

her gün var maintenance normalde 1 saat, yine peç var diye 2 saat yaptılar. siesta styla.

bu newbie dungeonda saçma sapan leather kasılıyor dediler var mı girip çıkan hiç? ben nerede olduğunu bile anlamadım. 250 wood, 250 ingot yaptım, 250 leather farmlayıp vericem staff crafting'in beline, sonra yaptıklarımı salvagelayıp bir tur daha. sanırım 25'i geçer R10 staff yapmaya başlarım.
