hiç de değil, %25 falan protein içermesi lazım. tohumların hepsi leş gibi yağlıdır ancak bitkisel protein olarak zenginler. oradan gosgoca ağaç çıkıyo!
ya tabiki protein kaynagi, ben digerlerine kiyasla didim.
kuruyemisler arasinda en fazla proteine sahip galiba hatta, soora da fistik.
