General
Icecrown Citadel

* The Forge of Souls, the first wing of the 5-player dungeon, is currently available for testing.
* Additional Icecrown Citadel dungeon and raid content will be made available in future test builds.
* Dazed: Creatures attacking a player from behind can no longer cause players level 1-5 to be dazed, and have a reduced chance to cause players level 6-10 to be dazed.
* Copied Test Realm characters will no longer be copied with their achievement history in order to better facilitate the character copy process.


Classes: General

* Default Equipment: Starting weapons are now more uniform. Rogues now start with a pair of daggers equipped. All other classes except shamans start with a 2-handed weapon equipped and the required skill already known. Shamans start with a 1-handed weapon and a shield, as they benefit more from the shield than they would from a 2-handed weapon.
* Glancing Blows: The mage, warlock, and priest classes no longer have an increased chance for their melee attacks to be glancing blows; and the damage penalty due to their glancing blows is the same as for other classes.
* Health and Mana Regeneration: These regeneration rates have been increased by up to 200% for low level characters. As a player's level increases, the regeneration rates gradually reduce, returning to normal rates at level 15.
* Spell Mana Costs: These costs have been reduced for almost all lower level spell ranks. In general, if a spell decreased in cost with a higher level rank in patch 3.2.0, that spell now has the decreased cost at all ranks. In addition, spells learned before level 20 with reduced cast times and/or durations have even further reduced mana costs, proportionate to their reduction in cast time or damage.


Races: General

* Racial Attribute Bonuses: These bonuses have been recalibrated to even out the amount of starting health on the various races. All races start with a standardized level of stamina, except for orcs, dwarves, and tauren who now start with 1 extra point of stamina. For each class, bonuses and penalties to all attributes have been adjusted so that each race has an equal attribute total.


Death Knight

* Rune of the Stoneskin Gargoyle: There is now a 1-handed version of this rune in addition to the current 2-handed rune.


Unholy

* Night of the Dead: Now reduces the damage your pet takes from area-of-effect damage by 45/90%, but no longer applies to area-of-effect damage caused by other players.


Druid
Pets

* Avoidance (passive): Now reduces the damage your pets take from area-of-effect damage by 90%, but no longer applies to area-of-effect damage caused by other players.


Hunter

* Misdirection: Redesigned. Instead of having finite charges, it now begins a 4-second timer when the hunter using Misdirection performs a threat-generating attack, during which all threat generated by the hunter goes to the friendly target. In addition, multiple hunters can now misdirect threat to the same friendly target simultaneously.

Beast Mastery

* Intimidation: If the hunter's pet is in melee range of its target, the stun from Intimidation will now be applied immediately instead of on the pet's next swing or attack.

Pets

* Avoidance: Now reduces the damage your pet takes from area-of-effect damage by 30/60/90%, but no longer applies to area-of-effect damage caused by other players.


Mage
Arcane

* Arcane Empowerment: This talent now also grants 1/2/3% increased damage done by the mage's party or raid for 10 seconds after the mage gets a critical strike with Arcane Explosion, Arcane Missiles, Arcane Barrage, or Arcane Blast. This effect is exclusive with Ferocious Inspiration and Sanctified Retribution.

Pets

* Avoidance (passive): Now reduces the damage your pets take from area-of-effect damage by 90%, but no longer applies to area-of-effect damage caused by other players.


Priest
Pet

* Avoidance (passive): Now reduces the damage your pet takes from area-of-effect damage by 90%, but no longer applies to area-of-effect damage caused by other players.


Rogue

* Dual Wield: Rogues now know this ability upon logging into the game at level 1.
* Stealth: This ability no longer has multiple ranks. While active, the single rank of this ability (available at level 1) allows rogues to move at 70% movement speed.
* Vanish: For the first second after this ability is used, neither Vanish nor Stealth can be broken by taking damage or being the victim of a hostile spell or ability.


Shaman

* Fire Nova Totem: This totem has been replaced with a new spell, Fire Nova, which is available at the same ranks as the old Fire Nova Totem. Existing characters will automatically learn this new spell in place of the totem. With a Fire Totem active, shamans will be able to use Fire Nova (fire magic) to emit the same area-of-effect damage as the old Fire Nova Totem from the active Fire Totem, not consuming the totem in the process. Fire Nova will activate a 1.5-second global cooldown when used and has a 10-second spell cooldown. The caster must be within 30 yards of the totem to use this ability, but does not need to be within line of sight of the totem.

Elemental Combat

* Improved Fire Nova Totem: Renamed Improved Fire Nova. This talent now provides an additional 10/20% damage to the spell and reduces the cooldown by 2/4 seconds.


Warlock
Pets

* Avoidance (passive): Now reduces the damage your pets take from area-of-effect damage by 90%, but no longer applies to area-of-effect damage caused by other players.
* Summon Imp: This ability is now available from the trainer for level 1 warlocks and no longer requires a quest to learn.


Warrior

* Victory Rush: This ability is now trainable at level 6.

Protection

* Damage Shield: This ability will no longer trigger any chance-on-hit effects from the warrior or the opponent it damages.


User Interface
Quest Tracking Feature

* This system is currently under development and is not fully functional.

Looking For Group System

* This feature is undergoing several improvements and is not available for testing at this time.

Graphics

* A new feature has been added to the D3D graphics engine to improve texture management (particularly for Windows XP users). This is currently enabled by default on the public test realms. For more information please visit our Test Realm forum.


Professions
Enchanting

* Black Magic: This enchantment now sometimes increases haste rating for the caster rather than inflicting the caster's target with a damage-over-time effect. It is also now triggered by landing any harmful spell rather than inflicting damage with a spell.


Glyphs
Death Knight

* Glyph of Icy Touch: Instead of granting additional runic power, this glyph now causes Frost Fever to deal 20% additional damage.

Shaman

* Glyph of Fire Nova Totem: Renamed Glyph of Fire Nova. This glyph now reduces the cooldown of Fire Nova by 3 seconds.


Bug Fixes
Druid

* Rejuvenation: Rank 15 of this spell was providing a 15-second duration. It has been correctly reduced to 12 seconds.

Mage

* Flame Strike: Some ranks of this spell had an incorrect cast time of 3 seconds. All ranks now share a 2-second cast time.

•Re-forge Quel'Delar - Combine 5 Infused Saronite Bars with the Batterd Hilt to re-forge Quel'Delar. You must be standing at one of the Forgemaster's Anvils.
•Quel'Delar's Compulsion - Quel'Delar seems to have a will of its own. It seems to want you to go to the Halls of Reflection in Icecrown Citadel.
•Temper Quel'Delar - Temper Quel'Delar in the Crucible of Souls. Only works inside the Forge of Souls.
•Cleanse Quel'Delar - Immerse Quel'Delar in the Sunwell.
•Quel'Delar's Wrath - Inflicts 2437500 to 2562500 Shadow damage.

•Arcane Torrent additional tooltip text - Non-player victim spellcasting is also interrupted for 3 sec.

Death Knight
Runeforging

•Rune of the Nerubian Carapace - Affixes your rune weapon with a rune that increases Defense by 25 and total Stamina by 2%. Modifying your rune weapon requires a Rune Forge in Ebon Hold.

Blood

•Strangulate additional tooltip text - Non-player victim spellcasting is also interrupted for 3 sec.

Unholy

•Desecration now lasts 20 sec. (Up from 12 sec)
•Night of the Dead now reduces the damage your pet takes from creature area of effects attacks by 45/90%. (Old - 40/70% from all area of effect attacks)

Druid
Balance

•Nature's Grace now procs from non-periodic spell criticals. (Old - All spell criticals)
•Genesis now increases the damage and healing done by your periodic spell damage and healing effects. (Old - All periodic damage)
•Moonfire, Wrath, Hurricane, Insect Swarm, Starfire, Typhoon, Entangling Roots, Soothe Animal had the mana cost of their lower ranks reduced.

Feral

•Swipe (Bear) now has a 8 yards range. (up from 5 yards)
•Infected Wounds no longer stacks up to 2 times.

Restoration

•Rejuvenation now heals 1352 over 12 sec. (Down from 1690 over 15 sec)
•Rejuvenation, Healing Touch, Gift of the Wild, Mark of the Wild, Regrowth, Tranquility had the mana cost of their lower ranks reduced.
•Improved Barkskin now Grants 80% additional armor contribution from cloth and leather items.

Hunter
Beast Mastery

•Mend Pet, Scare Beast had the mana cost of their lower ranks reduced.

Marksmanship

•Silencing Shot additional tooltip text - Non-player victim spellcasting is also interrupted for 3 sec.
•Aimed Shot, Arcane Shot, Multi-Shot, Serpent Sting, Volley, Hunter's Mark had the mana cost of their lower ranks reduced.

Survival

•Explosive Trap now burns all enemies for [ Ranged AP + 900 ] additional Fire damage over 20 sec. (Up from 900)
•Point of No Escape now increases the critical strike chance of all of your attacks on targets affected by your Frost Trap, Freezing Trap and Freezing Arrow. (Old - "Increases the critical strike chance of all attacks")
•Misdirection redesigned - The current party or raid member targeted will received the threat caused by your next damaging attack and all actions taken for 4 sec afterwards.
•Lock and Load now has a 22 sec cooldown. (Down from 30 sec)
•Wyvern Sting, Mongoose Bite, Raptor Strike, Counterattack, Freezing Trap, Explosive Shot had the mana cost of their lower ranks reduced.

Mage
Arcane

•Arcane Empowerment additional effect - In addition, when you score a critical hit with Arcane Missiles, Arcane Explosion, Arcane Blast, or Arcane Barrage all party and raid members have all damage increased by 1/2/3% for 10 sec.
•Conjure Water, Amplify Magic, Arcane Missiles, Arcane Explosion, Conjure Food, Dampen Magic, Mana Shield, Conjure Mana Gem, Mage Armor, Arcane Brilliance, Arcane Intellect had the mana cost of their lower ranks reduced.

Fire

•Flamestrike now has a 2 sec cast time at all ranks.
•Fireball, Pyroblast, Blast Wave, Scorch, Dragon's Breath, Fire Ward had the mana cost of their lower ranks reduced.

Frost

•Ice Barrier, Frostbolt, Blizzard, Ice Armor, Cone of Cold, Frost Ward had the mana cost of their lower ranks reduced.

Paladin
Holy

•Holy Shock, Holy Light, Blessing of Wisdom, Consecration, Exorcism, Greater Blessing of Wisdom, Holy Wrath, Flash of Light, Blessing of Wisdom had the mana cost of their lower ranks reduced.

Protection

•Avenger's Shield, Holy Shield had the mana cost of their lower ranks reduced.

Retribution

•Seal of Corruption now deals [ 13% of AP + 6.5% of Spell Power ] instead of [ 15% of AP + 7.8% of Spell Power ]
•Blessing of Might, Greater Blessing of Might, Hammer of Wrath had the mana cost of their lower ranks reduced.

Priest
Holy

•Inspiration now also effects Prayer of Mending.
•Divine Hymn - Tooltip clarified to add the 40 yards range.
•Circle of Healing, Renew, Greater Heal, Flash Heal, Smite, Holy Fire, Lightwell, Prayer of Healing, Desperate Prayer, Holy Nova had the mana cost of their lower ranks reduced.

Shadow

•Silence additional tooltip text - Non-player victim spellcasting is also interrupted for 3 sec.
•Shadow Word: Pain, Mind Blast, Devouring Plague, Mind Flay, Vampiric Touch, Shadow Protection had the mana cost of their lower ranks reduced.

Rogue
Subtlety

•Stealth now reduces your speed by 30% and is only one rank.

Shaman
Elemental

•Fire Nova now Causes the shaman's active Fire totem to emit a wave of flames, inflicting 893 to 997 Fire damage to enemies within 10 yards of the totem.
•Elemental Reach now affects Fire Nova
•Improved Fire Nova now Increases the damage done by your Fire Nova by 20% and reduces the cooldown by 2/4 sec.
•Chain Lightning, Lightning Bolt, Earth Shock, Flame Shock, Searing Totem, Frost Shock, Stoneclaw Totem, Magma Totem had the mana cost of their lower ranks reduced.

Enhancement

•Stoneskin Totem, Nature Resistance Totem, Strength of Earth Totem, Windfury Weapon, Fire Resistance Totem, Flametongue Totem, Frostbrand Weapon, Flametongue Weapon, Frost Resistance Totem had the mana cost of their lower ranks reduced.

Restoration

•Healing Wave, Chain Heal, Earth Shield, Healing Stream Totem, Lesser Healing Wave, Mana Spring Totem had the mana cost of their lower ranks reduced.

Warlock
Affliction

•Drain Life, Curse of Weakness, Corruption, Curse of Doom, Curse of the Elements, Unstable Affliction, Curse of Agony, Drain Soul had the mana cost of their lower ranks reduced.

Demonology

•Fel Armor, Create Spellstone, Demon Armor, Create Healthstone, Create Firestone, Shadow Ward, Enslave Demon, Banish had the mana cost of their lower ranks reduced.

Destruction

•Searing Pain, Incinerate, Soul Fire, Shadowburn, Immolate, Shadow Bolt, Shadowfury, Rain of Fire, Chaos Bolt had the mana cost of their lower ranks reduced.

Pets

•Suffering now taunts enemies within 10 yards. (Up from 5 yards)

Warrior
Arms

•Hamstring - tooltip clarified when glyphed.

Fury

•Cleave - tooltip clarified when glyphed.

O halde Triumph olur mu heroic emblemleri?


Olabilir, 5 man normalde 219, heroicten 232 düşecekse o niye olmasın.

Disenchant özelliği güzel olmuş bence, beğendim.

Ama en büyük ve mükemmel değişiklik bu kanımca. Eğer gerçekten becerilebilirlerse reju çok daha etkili olacak.


We have new tech that will allow specific hots and dots to tick faster -- the time between ticks would decrease. This means more damage or healing per time but also having to refresh those spells more often. Since there is a trade-off, we're not sure the change is a no-brainer, especially in the healing case.
