- Sir where are you from?
- Turkey.
- Okay, maybe u can leave ur stuff like this in Turkey, but not in UK.
-Okay, i'm sorry :(

US Criminal Records are linked to US Immigration databases..

If you have a criminal record in the US, this record will show up every time someone does a background check on you..

When you apply for a non-immigrant work visa at a US Embassy or Consulate abroad, you have to disclose whether or not you have a criminal record. You will be guilty of perjury if you conceal your criminal record. If the USCIS subsequently comes to know that you have a criminal record, you will be subject to criminal prosecution and deportation. If you are already in the US and when you apply for adjustment of status, the USCIS will do a background check on you. If you have any criminal records in the US, your application will be rejected. When you apply for an immigrant work visa or an employment based green card when you are outside the US, you must submit police certificates from every country where you resided for more than one year since the age of 16. If you have a criminal record, it is unlikely that you will be issued such certificate....

f you have been convicted of a minor crime such as a traffic violation, it will not affect your application for a work visa. However if you have been convicted for a crime involving moral turpitude, it will have an adverse impact on your application. Even a single conviction for a crime involving moral turpitude is sufficient for your application to be denied. Any willful conduct that is contrary to justice, honesty or good morals, accepted and customary rule of right and duty between two human beings is considered a crime involving moral turpitude. Under Immigration and Naturalization Act, those convicted for crimes involving moral turpitude are ineligible for immigration to the US.
