Yaklaşık 30dk süren bir konuşma sonunda iptal ettirebildim. Telefonla aramak gerekiyormuş.

Gerekli bilgiler ise accountda kullandığınız mail adresi ve güvenlik sorularınızdan 3-4 tanesini soruyorlar aynı zamanda verdiğiniz telefon numarası ve ev adresinizi de soruyorlar.
