Bu sabah şöyle bir email aldım.

paypal

Hello *********,

For the safety and security of the PayPal network, we often review accounts
for potential risks. After reviewing your account, we have decided to close
it because of security issues.

We are making every effort to minimize any disruption to your business.

If your PayPal account balance is zero, and you have no unresolved buyer
complaints or chargebacks, your account will remain limited.

-----------------------------------
Disbursement options
-----------------------------------

Option 1. If you owe refunds to any of your buyers, you can use the money
in your PayPal account to refund them.

To refund your buyers:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click "Contact Us" at the bottom of any page.
3. Click "Contact Customer Service."
4. Under "Choose a Topic," select "Sending/Receiving Money."
5. Under "Choose a Subtopic," select "Refund/Cancel a Payment."
6. Click "Continue" and follow the instructions to refund payments.

Option 2. Money in your PayPal account will be held for 180 days. After 180
days, we'll email you information on how to receive your funds.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Thanks,

PayPal

Dear ********

Thank you for contacting PayPal.

To protect all members of our online community and maintain the
integrity and quality of our service, we have made a final decision to
permanently limit your account. We’ve reviewed your PayPal account
extensively and have determined there to be excessive risk involved. To
minimize any disruption to your business, you can continue to log in to
your account for the next 180 days to assist with closing down all
activities associated with it.

If you have a zero balance, your account will remain limited.

If you have a negative balance, you can resolve it by adding money to
your PayPal account. If there isn’t enough money in your PayPal account
balance, we might collect the money through a collections agency or
other legal means.

If there are funds in your account, the remaining account balance will
be held for a period of 180 days in order to minimise charge back risks.
Any Buyer Complaints or chargebacks received against your account during
this time will be paid from your account balance. After the 180-day
period has elapsed, you may withdraw the funds from your account.

If you have outstanding buyer complaints or chargebacks, you should
visit the Resolution Center and help resolve any open cases. You can
choose to refund buyers. Simply reply to this email and give us the
details of those transactions if you’d like us to issue any refunds on
your behalf.

Here’s how to view the status of a buyer complaint:
1. Go to www.paypal.com and log in to your account.
2. Click ‘Resolution Center’ near the top of the page.
3. Select ‘Open Cases’ from the drop-down list next to ‘View.’
4. Click ‘Status’ next to the transaction.

We regret that we are unable to continue to offer our services to you,
however this decision has been made in accordance with our User
Agreement. If you’d like more information about our policies, please
refer to the User Agreement. Click ‘Legal Agreements’ at the bottom of
any PayPal page, then click ‘PayPal User Agreement.’

I understand your frustration regarding this matter and regret any
inconvenience this might have caused.

Sincerely,
Carolyn

we have made a final decision to
permanently limit your account.
:(

Paypal bakiyemde $270 civarı para kaldı ve bu paraya dokunamıyorum. Perma limit koyduk diyor diyor 180 gün sonra ben bu parayı nasıl alıcam? :/ Kartıma geri öderler mi ki?

yeni mail

Dear *********,

Thank you for contacting PayPal regarding limitation on your account.

Mr. *****, we appreciate your interest in PayPal; however, our decision
to leave your account in a permanent limitation status is final.

PayPal reserves the right to limit access to any account reported to be
involved in possible fraudulent or high risk behaviour. In the event of
a dispute, PayPal will seek to recover the funds from you by debiting
your PayPal balance and, if there are not sufficient funds in your
PayPal balance, PayPal reserves the right to collect your debt to PayPal
by any other legal means.

Due to the potential risk of chargebacks and other risks of funds
reversals, your balance will be held for 180 days from the date of the
last payment that was received into your account. At that time, any
remaining funds will be available for withdrawal.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Magdalena
