Please bear with us, as we are doing a bit of overhauling to help speed up response times in the ticket system.

Many of these issues have been resolved since launch day. If you restart your client and restart your server from the Info panel, you should notice that many changes have occurred.

You can also try issuing a "Reinstall Server" from the "Info" panel of your server in your my.gameservers.com members area, though I don't recommend using the full wipe option if it is not necessary for the time being.

We are aware of ongoing lag issues that still have yet to be resolved. Though some things like the server rates and some client-side issues have been resolved, there are other game-specific issues causing lag that Treyarch is aware of and working on as this response is being sent out.

The other known lag issue, specifically with pings, is what appears to be some locations experiencing routing issues. These routing issues aren't affecting everyone, though some major ISP's are routing players out of the country and back to cause a major ping increase. We are doing our best to continue investigating this issue to see if there's anything we can do about it.

If you are still experiencing issues, please let us know.

We are also encouraging anyone experience separate issues, to have one ticket open per issue per server, so that each issue may be addressed and resolved individually for the quickest and most helpful assistance.

Please Note: This is a mass responder, so if we've not addressed all the issues in your ticket, we are extremely sorry. This is being sent out in an effort to improve response times across the board so everyone can receive faster and more helpful responses to their tickets. We hope for your understanding on the matter and appreciate any patience you have to spare.
