Dear community

We apologize that we are late in giving you this information; this is also one of the “downsides” of being a public listed stock company. We cannot give information how we want and when we want it in some cases when it affect the stock market.

As you are aware of we are soon to deploy our April build. (Described here http://www.mortalonline.com/content/under-development)
Unfortunately because of the volcano on Island it prevented our trip to the US so we have a slight delay in our schedule, this doesn’t mean we are delaying for a longer period. We are going to send our guys to Epic Games this weekend so we can get back on track with our release. This is the finalizing phase for releasing Mortal Online.

As soon as our guys are located at Epic Games, we will move the April build to the live testing server where we need your support in testing all of our release features. This is scheduled to be short testing periods till we go live so we need your feedback during these short testing phases.

Now we are getting really close in going live with Mortal Online, it’s exciting times for us all, please bare with us with the last testing phases we need in the coming week to get a as solid release as possible.

More updates on the first test phase comes soon.

The rest of the "location"-lore, meaning the detailed descriptions of the other races' cultures and territorial background will follow as soon as possible. Enjoy!

Yes we have failed on deliver on time some times and that feels bad, but we do communicate and tries to explains how and why, and of course I don’t expect that everyone understands why and believes what we say. We always believe in showing what we are doing and what to expect from MO. But still yes people think they will get a lot more than what we try to explain, that aren’t easy for sure. Mats have tried many times to explain what to expect from MO and how we do it and why as well. If someone has followed this they should understand better why things are like they are at this point. When people simply says the opposite what it is, what we have explained that this is what you get and so on, or jumping the dev team while they are working day and night, saying they are students etc, then it just takes away the lust of the team wanting to read in the forums when they have a minute over. So this is what we are asking for simply, contribute in a better way, and if you don’t like it or aren’t interested then it’s better to say nothing. But ya, I won’t go over this stuff anymore, I should also only focus on the game itself, and now our mods will act against this side steps as well. Why I write here is because I and the team want to be able to read and discuss general things about MO and things around it.

This is also why I have not informed about exactly when April patch is going live, you will get it in the last minute for sure, when it is live this time.

Significant events during the first quarter of 2010
* Launch of Mortal Online began on 1 February 2010 with a "Free Open Beta", where players all over the world were invited to try out Mortal Online at no additional cost.

* The development team decided to upgrade the network solution partner from Epic Games. This was necessary to permanently solve the "de-sync" problem which has been a problem for most of the players. The upgrade also made possible an upgrade of the game engine from Epic Games, Inc. "Unreal Engine 3," which led to further improvements in performance.

Significant events after the balance
* At the Annual General Meeting April 29, 2010 expanded the Board by election of Fredrik Nystrom-Reimers and Claes Ramel. The Board thus consists of five regular members and one alternate.

* On May 4, 2010 the Company announced that Mortal Online has migrated to the updated network solution. Star Vault is thus very close to "Gold Status". When this status can be achieved Star Vault start generating income in respect of monthly fees. When "Gold Status" will be reached "Free Open Beta" to quit.

Situation Report
An eventful 2009 has been followed up with an equally eventful start of 2010. We began the launch of Mortal Online February 1, 2010 with a "Free Open Beta". We have updated the network solution from Epic Games, which was necessary to permanently solve the "de-sync" problem which has been a concern for many of our players. The upgrade also resulted in further improvements in performance.

Furthermore, it is gratifying that we have seen a steady rise both on the number of beta players on the number of members in our forum. I would like to thank the many good comments in the forum and constructive feedback from the beta players. This has been valuable in the development of Mortal Online and in our high-priority work to launch a quality and efficient game.

We are now very close to reaching "Gold Status" and is now a very exciting future.

çekiorum ben bakalım

sanmam o kadar kısa sürede release olacağını adamlar resmen closed beta stress test moduna geri döndüler sırf lag ve desync olayı test edilecekmiş. log in log out bi de melee combat. başka hiçbi türlü bug report etmeyin demişler xP resmen başa döndük hehe
