Dr. Ellen Sanders is a prominent surgeon whose life changes when her family is taken hostage in the midst of a political conspiracy. Their captor, rogue FBI Agent Duncan Carlisle, wants her to kill the President when she operates on him. With a team of accomplices, Carlisle keeps the family in their home putting Ellen in a desperate position to keep her not so ordinary family safe.
