Yaklaşık 3 yıldır girmediğim wow acc a girmek istedim ancak locked olduğunu gördüm ve mail attım. Cevap olarak aşağıdaki mail gelmiş. Gerçekten de istedikleri 5 şeyi göndermezsem açılmayacak mı? Yardımlarınızı bekliyorum.

- A scan or digital image of nationally recognised photo ID, such as passport or drivers license (please do not include public transport cards, library cards etc, as these are unsuitable for our needs).

Please create a new support ticket through the Blizzard Customer Support Website (https://eu.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit) with your newly created Battle.net account, and provide us with the following information:

- Battle.net Account Name: The current account name (email address) you are using to login.
- Name: The full name that the account was created with.
- Confirmation that you agree to have your original Battle.net account e-mail changed to that of your newly created account (your newly created Battle.net account will be disabled as a result).
- New Secret Question and Answer in the form of a text document file as an attachment.
- A scan or digital image of nationally recognised photo ID, such as passport or drivers license (please do not include public transport cards, library cards etc, as these are unsuitable for our needs) as an attachment.

Once we have received this information, we will be able to process your account further.
