trial acc, upgrade ve ban.

selamlar, arkadaşım trial account ile oyuna başladı. kendisi oyunu beğendi ve level 20 olduğunda karakterine key alarak upgrade etti. 24 lv olduktan sonra bir anda dc oldu ve oyundan banlandı. Gmlere ticket attık daha bir cevap yok beklemedeyiz ama merak ediyoruz başına boyle birşey gelmiş olan varmı?

(birde sonradan yeni bir karakter acalım bari belki key kullanılmamıştır diye denediğimizde aldığımız keyin ilk aldığımız acc da kullanılmış olduğunu gördük.)

Elektronik acc upgradei esnasında yaşanan bir sorundan ötürü (ops daha önce hiç duymadım bunu) işlem tamamlanamamış ve durumun kötüye kullanımını engellemek amacıyla ödeme metodunuzu ve hesabınıza erişimi kapatmışlar. Ayrıca acc upgrade işlemi tamamlanamadığı için hesabınızı eski seviyesine (trial) geri döndürmüşler.

Login olmaya çalışırken nasıl bir hata veriyor ? Tempo ban perma ban yoksa sadece acc frozen falan mı diyor ?

İlk ödeme sorununu giderin, sonra Skype ile ödeme sorununu hallettik, lütfen açar mısınız diyin.

Muhtemelen Upgrade account dediğinizde kredi kartından parayı çekemediler. Sonra işlemi iptal ettiler. Başka kartla tekrar deneyin eğer account açılmazsa telefon edin.
