Karakter transferi için ödediğin parayı geri çekmişsin, o yüzden askıya almışlar hesabını. Verdikleri ödeme destek mailına bana böyle böyle bi mail geldi, accum şudur diye bi mail at araştırsınlar. Bide ne zaman transfer talebinde bulunduysan o günkü işlemlerini kontrol et bak bakalım geri gelmiş mi para.

durup dururken nasıl bu tarz bişey olabilirki? benim bi talimatım olmadan aylar önce yapılmış bi ödeme nasıl iptal edilebilir?

Bankalar yapıyor bunu, türk firmalarına yapılan ödemeleri bile geri çekebiliyorlar. Bankaya danış bence. Daha önce bu tarz bir işte çalıştığımdan bu tür sorunlarla çok karşılaştık.

hangi banka soyle de bilelim. ben hsbc ile bildiğin rahat 6-7 migrate yapmışımdır. kendime 1 kere yaptım arkadaşlarıma yaptım genel de. bir kere bile böyle problem olmadı.
