sanırım mail list toplayanlar o maillerin hangilerinin kullanıldığını denemek amacıyla yaptıkları bişi.

tam okumadım maili ama benzer şeyler görmüştüm önceden.
sanırım eskiden gelişmemiş, askeri rejimle , diktatorlukle vs yonetilen afrika ülkelerindeki zengin kişiler paralarını yurtdışına çıkarabilmek için böyle bir yöntem deniyolarmış.

amma velakin ben inanmıyorum buna. direk ya mail list toplama, yada bi saf düşerse parasını hacılamak amacıyladır artık.
