Overview

In Vale of the Silent one of the successes TEST had was to nearly shut down the ratting activities of a lot of of the PBLRD ratting space. We did this mainly because a fair share of the alliance likes covert hot dropping on ratters. We also know from past experience that renters are willing to pay for their own area of space and that on a small scale level they are also willing to pay to be in peace. What we don't know, and what we intend to find out, is can the small time hustler organize at the alliance level to be an organized crime family.

There's currently four regions where the CFC are renting out. We're going to start with Delve. If the plan works in the sample region, there's no reason it won't work in other regions or for non-CFC renters.

So what are we going to do? Well the first thing in order to make extortion work is the credible threat of violence. That means we're going to be mercilessly hunting people trying to do PVE activities. As we're shaking them down, we're going to provide them with links to propaganda which will inform them for a meager fee all this hassle can go away. Our diplomats will be standing by to negotiate payments and in exchange for cash they will be blued. The blue status will last one month unless future payments are made.

Credible Threats

Paranoia

Predditors will be providing the paranoia. Blops, Bombers, and Recons. Your standard hot drop stuff. We'll be working on coordinated cloaky camping. If at all possible make sure you are cloaky camping with a TEST alt. Normally we use out of TEST alts, but in this case it will be better if they see the TEST tag and nobody on D-Scan.

Interruption

Gate camps. We'll be using the standard stuff: tackle and high alpha, quick locking ships like Hurricanes.

Visibility

To make sure we pop up on the renter intel channels we'll be using the missile interceptors. Maledictions and Crows. They got nerfed a bit in the last patch, so now it's possible to catch them, but still fairly difficult. For newbrows we'll be taking out test_free frigs/destroyers.

Staging

We'll be staging in Sakht 6-7. Due to office limitations Efu offices have been purchased. It's two jumps away so you can pod jump, then do the two jumps to Sakht.

this whole mess started when two inties tried to snag the ESS in JU and zungen comedy dropped a carrier..

They batphoned BL to kill 22 CO2 carriers and then BL saved a Goon titan from TRI

BTW, Tri just AWOXed their Titan pilot who is leaving for BL.  So it's complicated.
