From the first Circle of Zerthimon: When the First People came to know themselves, they were chaos no longer, and became flesh. Yet the flesh was new to the People and with it, the People came not to know themselves. [...] With their thoughts and knowing of matter, the People shaped the First World and dwelled there with their knowing to sustain them. [...] In becoming flesh, the First People became enslaved to those who knew flesh only as tools for their will. Know these beasts were the illithids. The illithids were a race that had come not to know themselves. They had learned how to make other races not know themselves. Ok, but howcome the illithids were present in the First World? It's clearly stated that the People creatd the First World themselves, so howcome the illithids were in it? Did they enter later, and if so, howcome? From the second Circle of Zerthimon: [...] as Zerthimon tilled the Fields with his hands, he came across a husk whose brain remained within it. It had not been used as food. Yet it was dead. [...] The thought that one of the husks had died a death without serving as food for the illithids was a thought Zerthimon had difficulty understanding. From that thought, came a desire to know what had happened to the husk. [...] Embedded in the skull of the husk was a steel blade. It had pierced the bone. Zerthimon realized that was what had killed the husk. The steel had marked the flesh, but the flesh had not marked the steel. and the illithids never carried tools of steel. They only used flesh as tools So then where did the steel object (presumably a weapon such as a sword) come from? In other words, who killed the illithid? the game draws close Some of RJ’s Note on the Finns he first note is intriguing: FOR USE WITH AELFINN OR EELFINN: PIXIES/FAIRIES STEAL THE NOURISHMENT FROM HUMAN FOOD. IT STILL LOOKS RIGHT BUT YOU COULD SUPPOSEDLY STARVE TO DEATH WHILE EATING YOUR FILL. when RJ said he found muse from earth religions, he also meant how creation story containing high fantasy lores(see music of the gods) by many, considred an extension to religion(in detail at least consider the creation sotry parts and also myth. for example JRR says he gifts LOTR to england as an upgrade to their myth but also mentions religion. this is more than 2 settings. point2: the dualness between aelfinn and eelfinn, yes very spot on related, that too is evidence there is muse to consider.(but its not simple muse, there is secret commantary to uncover by RJ at least) Because there too is a dualness between githyanki end illithid at least in terms of being enemies and also creation story share. there is this concept of githyanki that strength comes from character and teachings of zerthimon as well. we hav fire iron music, and githyanki have special metal as wapon against the other side th dualness. and there is some clarity to uncover about how aelfinn//elfinn share an importance about character, they are interested in feelings/they seem to take action based on ppls character etc. there is also this about illithid, they can kill by downloading, vacuuming the victims mind, and they do somthing similar to moiraine and mat. bonus for first post of research: hey listen, at least partly, this is why RJ wanted to make a connection, it is a wheel. of time. This small round stone is the "Unbroken Circle of Zerthimon". The Unbroken Circle is a *zerth* religious text, containing teachings of Zerthimon, the founder of the githzerai people. The Circle is made up of a series of interlocking circles that fold out from one another, depending on which branch the reader wishes to follow in the path of teachings... it is said that some zerths spend years poring over the combinations of the plates, looking for new significance in the teachings. to be cont. One reson to conclusion logic and One Sense what does it mean ? -in some instances god is part of reality, in some instances god is distinct from reality, in some cases god is in the reality in some instances there is no god in reality; sometimes god is lonely creates on. sometimes god or circumstance more than 1 god. when there is god, there is a sense of premise that updates the first premise with "knowledge" , as in in terms of as update to the first premise there is now at least one functioning as controller or the means of to the existence of a controller is no longer the case. Regardless, what is obvious:. there is a period of time in which theres sequentally or chronogolically or logically root states of god/gods controlled possibility of realities and natural motion to physical plane(physics we are in say this) since there is by now at least 1 thing and that at least thing is -the situation of the means of to the existence of a controller(and possible other things such as material plane) being the case is being null- from here we can try to analyze the mind of god which seems more akin to a person now that god can be described nont nullly in terms of root state, controller state, descripepable actions tooken state, number state and also a commentary between the physics demand of material plane existing and god/s must be made to clarify the omnipotency of god. there's no proof of material plane existence motion being a sting to gods omnipotence other than the fact that god most conceive this unless god wants/chooses to be affected by it. The relationship between omnipotence and motion to physical plane as an updated motion by definition -According to our imagination there we conceive countless gods/versions of god that are "in" the material plane. This relationship is the root proto evolution force that comes if it is concieved/detected that there is a moment among moments in which material plane exists. The most common root th root proto evolution force might take if we calculate the force into events. -There can be a moment or sequantal part/parts of metaphysical existence that can be before material plane. It is not relevant to anything for beings of material plane. -god, god(s) can be in the material plane in different forms and different numbers ; conclusion: King of th hill -from here on it gets too complex to think in terms of logical reasoning and sense of peace the qualities of the material plane spokenv but our pattern recognition system is saying, what can be generally thought of as root concept that can be commented on by now is there are primordial gods fighting to be on the top of the food/exist chain and thy do it so hardcorely that there are, in many cases only one left. dasaaa Mesaj tarihi: Ocak 17, 2026 Mesaj tarihi: Ocak 17, 2026 This text is a dense fan theory that attempts to connect the lore of The Wheel of Time (WoT) by Robert Jordan with the lore of Dungeons & Dragons (specifically the Planescape setting). The author is arguing that these two fantasy worlds share the same underlying mythological "DNA," particularly regarding specific races and creation stories. Here is a simplified summary of the points the text is trying to make, broken down by topic. 1. The Comparison of Races The author compares two groups from The Wheel of Time (The Aelfinn and Eelfinn) with two groups from Dungeons & Dragons (The Githyanki and Illithids). The Illithids (Mind Flayers): In D&D lore, these are tentacled monsters that enslaved the "First People" and eat brains. They use living flesh as tools. The Githyanki/Zerthimon: These were the slaves who rebelled against the Illithids. The text quotes the "Circle of Zerthimon," a religious text describing how the slaves realized they could fight back when they found a dead body killed by a steel blade. Since Illithids don't use steel, the steel represented the power to rebel. The Connection to WoT: The author suggests the Aelfinn/Eelfinn (the snake and fox people) operate similarly to Illithids. Feeding: Illithids eat minds. The text notes that the Aelfinn/Eelfinn "drain" nourishment from people (memories, feelings, or the essence of food), leaving them starving or empty. Weaknesses: Just as the Githyanki used steel to break their slavery, the Aelfinn/Eelfinn have specific weaknesses to iron, fire, and music. The author views this as a shared mythological theme: a specialized metal weapon used against a soul-draining enemy. 2. The Imagery of the "Circle" The author points out a visual similarity between the two worlds: In D&D, the "Unbroken Circle of Zerthimon" is a religious object made of interlocking circular stone plates that you have to unfold to read. In Robert Jordan’s world, the universe is governed by the Wheel of Time. The Point: The author believes this shape (the circle/wheel) is intentional shared symbolism about time and repeating history. 3. The "Unified Theory" (The Confusing Part) The second half of the text ("Part 2") attempts to write a "Grand Unified Theory" of fantasy creation myths. The author argues that: In the beginning, there was a "primordial soup" of chaos/energy. From this chaos, Gods or "Controllers" emerged. These powerful beings fight a "King of the Hill" style battle for dominance. Conclusion: The author suggests that The Wheel of Time and Dungeons & Dragons are just two different versions of this same "multiverse" evolution, where gods and realities are constantly forming out of chaos. Summary Checklist Main Idea: The Aelfinn/Eelfinn (WoT) are conceptually related to Mind Flayers (D&D). Evidence: Both drain the essence/mind of victims, both have a dual nature, and both are defeated by specific metals (Iron/Steel). Visual: The "Circle of Zerthimon" looks like the "Wheel of Time." Philosophy: All fantasy worlds might share a single origin story involving gods emerging from chaos. 1
