Arkadaslar bende cıkmıyordu.. arastırdım bir forumda bunu buldum oyunu kaldırıp tekrar patchlerı yaptıgım ıcın su an denıyemıyorum ama buyuk ıhtımalle duzelıyor... bilginize

IMHO it is a bug with non-japanese windows XP (possibly other Win too)!
You may try to copy:
USKOUI_US*_statebar_us.uif to JPKOUI_JP*_statebar_jp.uif.
USKOUI_USui_*_statebar_us.dxt to JPKOUI_USui_*_statebar_us.dxt.
USKOUI_USui_message_us.dxt to JPKOUI_USui_message_us.dxt.
That should do it. You will have the old Statebar with coords and FPS. Or you may use the new Statebar (if you have the old one now) the same way!
