Merhaba,

Bruksel'de yaşıyorum, şirket hat ile birlikte telefon verdi.

Hat: Proximus Telefon: Samsung Galaxy J3 Dual SIM.

Çift SIM kartlı telefona şirketin verdiği hattın yanına Türkiye Vodafone u taktığımda geçersiz SIM diyor. SIM unlock yapmak istiyorum kod satan bir yere de yazdım ama aşağıdaki gibi cevap geldi. Nasıl halledebiliriz bunu bir bilgisi olan var mıdır?

It is from our previous experience when we say that the vast majority of Dual-SIM devices that are locked to an Asian Network Provider usually return errors when the user attempts to unlock them.

There is a fair chance the codes our supplier will generate will not work for your device. This is mainly related to the fact that the phone actually has two IMEIs.

Please do not place an order on our website for a Dual-SIM device as we will not be able to refund your payment in the unfortunate case when the codes might not work.

Samsung un verdiği bilgi: Telefonun her iki SIM bölümüne Belçika'da geçerli SIM kartı takın 5 dakika konuşun sonra kilit kalkacak dediler. Hakkaten işe yaradı, şimdi Türkiye hattını da kullanabiliyorum.
