I took it and felt the pump immediately. After my intense 10 hour workout, I came home and blacked out. When I woke up, I had bulked up so big that my shirt was ripping, and holes were bursting everywhere. There were holes in all of my walls, my furniture was all flipped over, and my dog was cowering in the corner under a blanket. My whey protein and no-xplode containers were ripped open and the powder could be found all over the room. This stuff is amazing!!!
