intel boot agent hatası

selam arkadaşlar ben yeni bir sistem topladım da, bilgisayarı açarken;

diye bir hata alıyorum, google'da "intel boot agent media failure" diye arattığımızda 935.000 sonuç çıkıyor ve çoğu da bununla ilgili. ancak hiçbir çözüm yok. aldığım yeri aradım, boot edecek disk arıyor, dvd-rom veya cd-rom takın dediler, zaten takılı diyorum, çok basit bişey diyip duruyorlar.
2 gündür bilgisayar karşısında çürüdüm, yardım lütfen.

Cause:
This is an expected operation. In the Boot Device priority setting in BIOS, you will see Removable Dev. (floppy), Hard Drive, ATAPI CD-ROM, and typically last is Intel® UNDI PXE 2.0. This setting will attempt to boot off a remote agent using the onboard NIC. By seeing this message it means the PC cannot find a boot partition on the floppy disk, hard drive or the CD ROM to load the operating system.

Solution:
Install an operating system or put in a bootable device into the floppy or CDROM."

Hey, I too experience this exact error message, followed by a 'operating system not installed' error message.

It seems like this problem does not have any single solution or cause.

In my case, it started with a faulty HD on a T20 thinkpad laptop. The bad hard drive brought up the media test failure error message and either the 'operating system not found' error message or a 'hard drive not installed' error.

I took the old HD out and put a new one in, and still received the 'PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable' error message, I also still received the 'operating system not found' error message, but did NOT receive the 'hard drive not installed' message-- my first clue that the hard drive was installed right and operational again (it didn't show me whether HD was recognized or not in BIOS, but check this if available).

Keep in mind, this HD was new with no OS on it. I was trying to run the Windows XP CD to install OS, but could not get past the error message.

What I did. A.) Took out HD and reseated B.)Took out battery and reseated C.)Reset default BIOS configuration D.)Changed BIOS boot sequence to #1.CD #2.HD , #3.Floppy, #4.NIC, #5.IBA Slot E.)Disabled network boot in BIOS F.)Checked jumper setting on HD

-- all of these had worked for other people to solve their problem, but not for me.

What worked. -- I took out the Windows XP disk (which was burned), and put in a PC software disk called 'Boot Genius'. Boot Genius ran ok (telling me that my CD-drive was operational), with Boot Genius I was able to detect my newly installed HD (telling me that the new HD was installed ok and was working)-- I was also able to run diagnostics, tests, and set up the drive with FAT32 and a partition with Boot Genius (it's now ready for OS).

The error message is now gone and instead I have, 'no operating system, insert OS setup disk and press any key'.

Ok!, I pop WinXP in, it's a no go.

The conclusion, problem started when HD went bad, problem continued when all hardware was installed and working correctly, but, the WinXP CD (which should be bootable) was not working, perhaps because it was missing crucial information or drivers, perhaps because it was burned- don't know. I also tried a WinME factory CD that I have but it would not install on any system other than a Dell.

The solution (for me), get a bootable OS CD that actually works! Simple as that.

This is just to demonstrate that it is possible to get this error message even if all of the hardware (FRU) on you system is working, but the bootable CD itself (or bootable floppy) is not.

Other possible causes that I ran accross include,

1.(and/or) HD/Battery/RAM Memory needs to be reseated or replaced, logically it would seem that this could also be true for CD drive/ Floppy.

2.BIOS needs configuration changes, revert to default, change boot sequence, disable network boot, change integrated periph (from on-chip serial ATA to Auto for instance).

3.Check HD jumper
