ama xp normal şekilde bi daha acılmadı
neyse sora eskı ayarlara cevırmeyı basardım ama
anlamadıgım nerde yanlış yaptıgım..

Bence, sorun Manual veya Automatic olmasında değil, Started olup olmamasında.. Örneğin bir COM+ Event System'i Start etmezseniz, diğer bağlı servislerin çalışmayacağı ve başınıza iş açılmayacağı falan söyleniyor bu Services List'te..
