Dvd Region sorunu

Arkansis

Öne çıkan mesajlar

Amazondan T2 Extreme edition sipariş ettim. Kutunun içinden 2 DVD çıkıyor. Birisi film birisi perde arkası , resimler vsvs .

"License Acquisition

The T2 Extreme DVDs are Redion 1 coded. If you require a code outside of Region1,wou will need to confirm with your local retailer to check if the DVD is available in your area. Artisan Home Entertainment/Lions Gate Home Video distributes videos and DVDs in the United States and Canada. Disc 2 of the T2 Extreme DVD set is not limited to DVD-ROM Region codes to determine your location to restrict license acquisition outside of the United States and Canada. The content provider will not provide licenses if you are outside of the countries listed above "

"The content provider will not provide licenses if you are outside of the countries listed above" diyor , fakat aşağıda 2 tane seçenek var , birisi play (gri renkte yani basamıyoruz) biriside cancel. Sadece cancel a bastırıyor ve aşağıda dediği gibi ülkeler sıralanmıyor.

DVDrom umun region uda 1 e ayarlı. (device managerdan dvd rom un özelliklerinde öyle gösteriyor)
Support a mail attım. Dedim böyle böyle ne yapmam gerekir.
bana cevap yazdılar, 8 maddelik.

"Hello *** ***,

Thank you for contacting InterActual.

The "High Definition" feature of the T2 Extreme DVD requires Windows Media Player 9 (included on the DVD) or higher, and uses the Digital Rights Management feature of that software to acquire the necessary license to play the high-definition video content on your computer. The license is available at no cost, but it must be downloaded to your computer before you will be able to view the high-definition content. For further explanation of this feature, as well as some troubleshooting information, please refer to the article on our website at http://player.interactual.com/help/support/articles/0134.asp.

Windows Digital Rights Management requires an open connection between your computer and the license distribution server. If the connection is impeded in some way, the acquisition of the license key may fail. Please check the following and verify that your system is ready to play this feature:

1. The "Cookies" support in your Internet Explorer software needs to be ENABLED, and the Privacy Level (if applicable) needs to be set for "Medium" or lower. If you have customized cookie settings in your browser and you have Internet Explorer 6, they may need to be disabled by clicking the "Default" button under the "Privacy" tab, or the license acquisition may fail.
2. The "Security" level in your Internet Explorer browser needs to also be set at "Medium" or lower.
3. If you, or a program you installed, has modified your browser's scripting or cookie support settings, click the "Default Level" button under the Security tab in the Internet Options; otherwise the license acquisition may fail.
4. Locally running firewall software will most likely prevent the license acquisition from succeeding. Refer to your software's Help function if needed, and Disable or shut down any locally running firewall software before you proceed.
5. In addition, Windows XP has a "firewall" service built into the Dial Up Networking feature of the operating system. This will need to be disabled.
6. If you are behind an Internet proxy server (may be found on corporate networks), you will need to enter the information for the proxy server in your "Internet Options" panel, under the "Connections" tab, in the "LAN Settings", otherwise the connection may not succeed. Please contact your network administrator if you aren't sure how to do this.
7. If you are using a router that uses the NAT (network address translation) protocol, you may need to use the "DMZ" option in your router's administration panel, which will open all of your computer's ports and allow traffic to flow without restriction. Please refer to the router's documentation for how to do this.
8. Try deleting the registry key that is created by the license acquisition, in case it is corrupted. Click Start > Run, type REGEDIT, and click OK to open the Registry Editor. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE, and delete the ARTISAN folder from here. DO NOT make any other changes to the registry. Close the Registry Editor and launch InterActual Player again to access the High-Definition content.

If you continue to experience problems accessing the needed license keys for this feature, please let us know.

Sincerely,

Ajay
